First, I'd like to say congratulations to the newly elected and appointed officers. Installation is meant to be an exciting time and we are so sad that your big day has been postponed. As you know, public gatherings have been limited to a maximum of 10 people and this order remains in effect through Apr 30th. Therefore all of Sat-ra's activities are cancelled until then.
We have received communication from the Supreme Queen that we will not be penalized for cancelling session nor will we be required to schedule a make-up session.

We have been given permission to install our Queen and elected officers as soon as it is possible, so that the temple can move forward. But remember that we still have to follow the guidelines regarding social gatherings. That being said, it will be a closed installation. Then we will install the appointed officers at session whenever we are allowed to meet again. Roxanne will let everyone know once she has a date. I know this is disappointing as I'm sure the officers are ready to start their new roles. I promise that we will have a celebration once this is all over!

This is a trying time for everyone. Please adhere to CDC guidelines. The situation is constantly changing so we will continue to monitor local and global instructions.
Remember to stay in contact with each other. Stay in touch with those you know are higher risk and please let me know if someone needs help with getting groceries or other needed items.

If you have any questions please contact me or Roxanne.

Thank you for your patience in this difficult time.

Nile Love,
Karen Smith-Clopton, Queen
Roxanne Mrasek, Queen Elect
